Paver's Nest Stuffed Pepper Meatloaf 

1-1/4 pound of extra lean (95%) ground round

2 large eggs

8 single saltine crackers (salted or unsalted) crushed

1 teaspoon of basil

1 large green pepper (chopped)

1 medium sweet onion (chopped)

1 cup of Bertolli Sauce (Mediterranean Olive Style with Sundried Tomatoes OR sauce of your choice

In bowl mix ground round, eggs, basil, crushed saltines, green pepper, onion and 1/2 cup of Bertolli Sauce. After you have mixed well, put into loaf pan that has been sprayed with Pam Olive Oil spray. Top meat loaf off with the remaining Bertolli Sauce and bake at 350 for 1 hour.

Serves 6-8 people.
